Commercial and residential customers that feel an electric service problem or power quality problem exists can contact our Member Services Department to initiate a service complaint. Please describe your problem to the best of your ability. Our engineers or technicians will follow up with a phone call and/or on-site visit to determine what the problem is and a possible solution.

Be assured that we have trained personnel and innovative equipment to help troubleshoot problems. If the problem is in fact a utility problem, we will repair the problem as quickly as possible. However, in most cases the problem proves to be inadequate electricial equipment or wiring within the home. If the problem is occuring within the home you may need the assistance of an licensed electrician, not a PIE&G employee, to fix the problem.
