Board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the corporate offices. From time to time, the board meeting may be held off-site. If you plan to attend, we recommend you contact our office to verify the location of the board meeting. As a cooperative, PIEG is guided by a board of directors elected by and from its membership. The nine-member board sets policy and provides direction to PIEG's President/CEO. Directors are elected to staggered three-year terms in conjunction with the annual meeting each year. Our PIE&G Bylaws provide for the Nomination of Directors as follows:
